WORKOUT CG6.1 Rx’d LION CUB: 13 -15 years

6 x 10m Shuttle Runs
2-4-6-8-10-12-14 etc. Devils Press (2 X 12.5kg / 2 x 10kg)

*each 10m shuttle counts as 1 rep (6 runs=6 reps)

12.5kg = 27.5lbs                  10kg = 25lbs
